Cobble Hill Health Center is a not-for-profit long and short term care facility providing services to the disabled and elderly for over 30 years. Located at 380 Henry Street in the historic Cobble Hill section of Brooklyn New York, we have been at the forefront of innovative and progressive treatment for the frail elderly and disabled and offer a complete range of medical, nursing and rehabilitation services for people of all ages.
