Dear Extended Cobble Hill LifeCare Family,

Over the last few days we received notice of 2 staff members who tested positive for COVID- 19. The staff members were taken off schedule and are recuperating at home. We also have 3 patients from 2A, 4A, and 3B test positive as well. These patients were moved to a quarantine area. They have mild symptoms and are being closely monitored by our clinical and medical team.

At this time, it is required that you must provide a negative COVID-19 test within 24 hours to visit or you can take a rapid COVID test on site when you arrive.

Given the contagiousness of this strain, we are encouraging as much virtual visitation as possible. We know for certain that some visitors have tested positive right after visiting which in turn caused their loves ones to be exposed and test positive.

Please also know that visiting in person will also place you at risk. You have potential to be exposed during your visit.
