Dear Extended Cobble Hill LifeCare Family,

Over the last few days we received notice of 10 residents testing positive for COVID- 19. These residents resided on the following floors, 2A, 4A, 3B. and 4B. These residents were moved to a quarantine area. We also have 2 employees who have tested positive. They have both been removed from schedule and are home recovering.

At this time, it is required that you must provide a negative COVID-19 test within 24 hours to visit or you can take a rapid COVID test on site when you arrive.

Given the contagiousness of this strain, we are encouraging as much virtual visitation as possible.

Please also know that visiting in person will potentially place you at risk to being exposed during your visit.
