Dear Extended Cobble Hill LifeCare Family,

This morning we were informed of a nurse testing positive for COVID-19. This nurse was immediately furloughed and put on quarantine. At this time as per Department of Health guidelines we need to pause INDOOR visitation as we do a round of outbreak testing.
We realize how important visitation is to both our families and residents and hope to complete this testing as quickly as possible. Outdoor and compassionate care visits continue. Once we complete the round of outbreak testing and do not have any subsequent positive cases we can re-open indoor visitation.

Anyone interested in visitation can call our visitation hotline at: (718)757-2325.

We are fortunate to now offer the COVID-19 vaccine and the booster here at Cobble Hill every Wednesday. If you are interested in getting your loved one vaccinated, please reach out to the floor Nurse or Social Worker and let them know.

We are also entering flu season, and would strongly encourage you and your loved ones to receive the Vaccine. Anyone interested in having a resident receive the Flu Vaccine can reach out to their floor Nurses or Social Workers to request it.

If you have any specific questions or concerns about this, I encourage you to reach out to us via the COVID hotline at (718) 247-1153 or email us at covid19@cobblehill.org.

Thank you.
