Dear Extended Cobble Hill LifeCare Family,

Yesterday we received notice of 1 resident testing positive for COVID- 19. This resident resides on 3B and was immediately moved to a quarantine area. We are happy to have seen a steady decline in positive cases, and are hopeful this decline will continue.

As a reminder, at this time, it is required that you must provide a negative COVID-19 test within 24 hours to visit or you can take a rapid COVID test on site when you arrive.

Please also know that visiting in person will potentially place you at risk to being exposed during your visit.
