Greetings Cobble Hill LifeCare Family!

This morning we were informed that 2 employees from our Nursing Department have tested positive for COVID-19. We do believe there was limited exposure to residents. Both employees are now on quarantine.

As we previously mentioned in our correspondence on 3/26/21 we continue to test our residents for COVID-19. Our pause on backyard visitation remains at this time, although we are still continuing with our gate visits. We continue to receive new guidelines for visitation weekly. At this time Cobble Hill is in the process of reviewing these guidelines to ensure our policies are

aligned with the ever changing mandates. We ask for your patience and understanding as we ensure we do everything possible to keep every member of our Cobble Hill Family safe and healthy.

Anyone entering the building for any reason must also follow all requirements and instructions from staff to ensure visitation happens safely. This includes, but is not limited to: not coming the facility if you are feeling unwell or feverish, screening procedures, mask wearing, social distancing and no eating or drinking.

As always, if you have any specific questions or concerns about this or anything else, reach out to us via the COVID hotline (718)247-1153 or email us at covid19@cobblehill.org.

Best wishes,

Stephanie Zevon
