Dear Extended Cobble Hill LifeCare Family,

This morning we were informed by our lab of a resident on 4A who tested positive for COVID-19. This resident has been moved to the COVID Unit, and is asymptomatic. 4A will remain on quarantine until we see no additional cases for 14 days.

Our next COVID-19 Vaccine day will be Friday June 11, 2021. We strongly encourage you to speak to your loved ones about getting vaccinated.
