Today, we’re celebrating the incredible Clarissa Harlowe Barton, a trailblazing American nurse who founded the American Red Cross. Not only did Barton serve as a hospital nurse during the American Civil War, but she also worked as a teacher and a patent clerk.
Her dedication to helping others, particularly during times of crisis, is an inspiration to us all.
